Delete Your Eat Schedule Account
You can request deletion of your Eat Schedule account at any time. Account deletion is completed inside the app by following the steps below.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open the Eat Schedule app and sign in.
- Tap the Settings tab in the bottom navigation.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Delete Account (below the Log out button).
- Read the confirmation message and tap Delete Account again.
Deletion is completed in the app. You do not need to email us to delete your account.
Data that is deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is removed:
- Account and authentication data (user ID, linked social login info)
- Profile (nickname, photo, height, weight, dietary preferences)
- Meal records, uploaded meal photos, and nutrition estimates
- Recommendation history, achievements, and food preferences
- Friends, Eat Together sessions, and related data
Deleted data cannot be recovered.
Data that may be retained
- Active subscriptions: Account deletion does not cancel subscriptions automatically. Cancel in Google Play to stop billing.
- Payment and subscription records: May be retained by Google Play, RevenueCat, or other platforms per their policies and legal requirements.
- Feedback you submitted: May be kept without personal identifiers for service improvement.
- Crash and diagnostic logs: May be retained in Firebase Crashlytics per Google's retention policy.
